4 tblsp. vanilla

1600g grated carrots
0.4L mixed nuts
0.6L raisins
Mix the brown sugar and the oil. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Mix in the rest, working the dough with your hands and bake at 180-200 C (356-392F) for 45 min.
When the dough has cooled, beautify it with a light layer of icing, 1 to 2 inches thick, consisting of:
400g cream cheese
500g powder sugar
240g butter
